Over a year ago I remember getting the most excited message complete with dozens of exclamation marks.  It was from Julia, and she had fallen hard in love with a boy that treated her so well.  As we have many mutual friends and I remembered her well from other weddings, my heart leaped with shared excitement.  As she built the vision for her day, words could not do justice to just how immaculate every aspect of their day was.  The two had some of the best creative talent in Julia's mom Barbara who toiled for months to create the lavish gardens the guests would soon enjoy, and Rita Swanson of Premier Planning Services who was an artist in her own right to weave all the details of the day together so perfectly.  

 

This dream day started out at Julia & Kye's vintage home they had been sculpting as they spent quality moments with friends before meeting for the first time under the garden's trellis.  As we added these friends to the day's images, you could just feel the momentum build.  The ceremony was spectacular as the guests heard a very personal message from their pastor from their days in Colorado.  The two love living life to its fullest, and their transparent love was soaked up deeply on this day.  Part of their love story consisted of being ski instructors in Colorado, so as part of a fun surprise to their day, we added ski gear to the guest cam making for some wonderful candid moments.  As the sun set, everyone knew this would be a day not soon forgotten.  Much love to you both!
