DOWNLOAD YOUR GALLERY

Sign In. Enter the Primary Contact email (this is the only email that can access the downloads) and the gallery password given in your gallery release email.

Enable Admin Access. A window will pop up asking to enable admin privileges. Enter the access code (this is your download PIN) and click submit. You will only need to do this once per computer.

Request Gallery Download. You will now see all the albums/photos in your gallery along with a little download cloud icon in the upper right. This is how you download your entire gallery. Make sure you’re on the home page and click the download cloud icon and enter your PIN when prompted.

Download Gallery To Your Computer. An email will be sent to you shortly with a link to download your entire gallery. Follow the steps, download, and enjoy!!!

Back Up Your Collection. Now that you have your entire collection downloaded to your computer (yay!), we highly recommend backing it up to your preferred cloud system, on a USB (or a few!), or to a set of DVDs. You choose what you’re comfortable with, but we do encourage you to back up your collection in 2 separate places so it can be safe and readily accessible for years and generations to come.

Book Your Wrap Up Meeting. If you haven’t already done so, contact us to book your Wrap Up Meeting. This is a great way to reminisce with Andrew, see what we have to offer for wall art and albums, and place your order so you can take your photos from the screen and create art that you can hold in your hands.

Now that you have your images, we want you to use them! If you choose to go to a photo lab, they may ask for proof of printing rights. Please print the images below and take these with you whenever you go to a photo lab or if a printing company needs to verify printing rights online, feel free to send them this link. Please contact us if you have any questions about your printing rights or our recommendations on where to print your photos either online or in person.
