“Krissy and Bubba” have been a package deal for 9 years and going strong. As ski coaches, they have reinforced in all of their kids on the Team Gilboa Alpine Race Program that hard work pays off. These two practice what they preach in their relationship and in life. Skiers from coast to coast jetted over to Minnesota to be a part of this epic celebration. The day started at Krissy’s home base, Hyland Hills in Bloomington, where her dad Mark had the guys dressed to impress and mom, Talla, got to enjoy some lady bonding and toasts. Minikahda Club opened its doors to host a fabulous lawn ceremony followed by a cocktail hour on the massive rooftop terrace overlooking the lake which left the Easterners in awe. His family loves Bubba dearly and his charm that fills any room is not to be overshadowed by his dance-off ability that was center stage throughout the night. At night’s end, I spotted the pair sprawled across the cool grass taking in the city sights and glowing clubhouse; what a way to end the night!
