Carly & Kenny Destination: Kansas City, MO

Wedding Date: September 15th 2018

I still remember the day that Kenny called me and told me he proposed to the amazing Carly outside of a British phone booth and needed to check dates on my calendar. The excitement in his voice was unlike anything I have heard and he couldn't wait to plan a party in their hometown of Kansas City. Carly is light to whatever room she enters. Kenny’s family adores her and came from all parts of Dixie to celebrate! My friendship with Kenny goes back almost 20 years, so knowing he had to fight for Carly's attention put a smile on my face as I knew it was something different and special. His family has been like a second family to me over the years so to get to celebrate another epic Anderson wedding was something I couldn't pass up! They picked the beautiful Madrid Theatre for both the ceremony and reception and it felt just right. This days’ adventures took us all over town to some of their favorite hangs and we ended the night just as it started, with a bang and puff of exhaust from their vintage car. We popped a chilled bottle of champagne by the fountain and all smiled down from above and knew it was good. SO good.
