Matteah and Alexander's wedding beautifully captured the essence of an ideal summer day in Minnesota. The day began with Matteah looking absolutely ethereal in her wedding dress illuminated by the morning sun. As she prepared for the day, there was a sweet moment shared with her mom, who helped with the finishing touches. Once the final details were in place, she had a dress reveal with her bridesmaids that turned into a whirlwind of laughter, tears, and excitement. She then set out to meet her dad for a private dress reveal and a warm hug.

Matteah seemed to float toward Alexander as he waited patiently under a beautiful weeping willow and the whole scene felt like something out of a fairytale. The willow added an element of romance and drama to the photos, making the moment even more enchanting. You could see the love in their eyes, and it was clear just how much they love one another. After capturing their beautiful first look, we met up with the wedding party. Laughter and excitement filled the air as the fun party vibe truly kicked off for the day.

Before we knew it, it was time to prepare for the ceremony. Guests arrived and took their seats in the outdoor ceremony space, nestled along the riverbank. Alex stood at the end of the aisle with excitement written all over his face. Matteah walked down the aisle with her father and the moment when their eyes met was simply beautiful. They were married in the shade of the summer sun, and as they kissed, the entire crowd erupted in cheers and they danced their way back down the aisle.

While their guests mingled and prepared for the reception, I took Matteah and Alexander down to the riverbank. It was the perfect opportunity for them to catch their breath and let everything sink in. Alex picked Matteah up and carried her across the water, the sun casting a golden glow over the scene. It truly felt like a moment from a movie. As we made our way back to the barn, we decided to stop by a field to capture the last rays of sunlight. The sunset was stunning, creating a fairytale-like backdrop once again.

Arriving at the reception, they were greeted with cheers from their loved ones. Heartfelt toasts were shared, celebrating the couple's love and the journey they were embarking on together. As they shared their first dance under the elegant chandeliers in the rustic barn, it was clear that the love and joy of the day were only just beginning. Matteah and her dad shared a very special father-daughter dance featuring lightsabers! They skillfully moved across the dance floor in an intense duel, but she ultimately came out victorious…it was her day after all. As the night continued, the dance floor filled with guests celebrating the couple's love, dancing into the late hours of the summer night. The perfect way to end an amazing day.
