Wedding Date: December 1st 2018

This was a day for the books and when Sami’s wildest dreams came true; finding her comedic equal, a winter wedding with fresh snow, and by the time Santa showed up, she had nothing left to ask for! It is always a pleasure to shoot alongside Minnesota’s most talented videographer, John Hoel of Vibrant Film, and together we laughed so hard with the newly weds that our sides hurt by the end of the day. Before the ceremony, my friend and trolley driver, Terry, asked if I thought it would be fun for the couple if “Santa” made a guest appearance as he had a suit stashed for just the right occasion. We saw there was heavy snow in the forecast, so the grand idea seemed fitting and with that, the trolley magically transformed into a sleigh! The Saint Paul Hotel was flawless from start to finish with their experts along with my wife Janelle of White Confetti. Friends toasted and roasted the couple to the approval of all in attendance and we danced all night as the snow continued to come down as a blessing to Sami and Nick.
