Are you hosting a small wedding? We love weddings both big and small and would love to help you celebrate! We have created a very special Intimate Wedding Package perfectly tailored for your small wedding needs.

PHOTO STATIONS

A client favorite and the hit of any party!

Our Crazy Cam has been a client favorite for years and is the hit of any party! This fun and unique stop-action photo wall fits up to 25 people and is the perfect way to capture memories and photographs of your guests. Our couples have loved including these images in thank you cards and they even find their way into the final wedding albums, because they’re just so much fun! Another great option is our brand new Selfie Station! We’ll provide the setup and guests can take advantage of beautiful lighting on their phones or personal cameras.

Most couples include a photo station into their reception budget and find that they will save over $500 on our Crazy Cam or Selfie Station versus a traditional photo booth!

The Timeline

We always tailor timelines to you, so whether you’re getting married in 2 years, 2 months, or even 2 weeks (yes, we’re ok with that too!) we’ll follow the same timeline and customize it to you and your wedding needs. Want to involve your parents too? We always welcome parents with open arms, so feel free to bring them to meetings and involve them in the conversation. Here’s an overview of our wedding timeline:

1. See if your wedding date is available by filling out this form

2. Meet with Andrew to discuss your day, create a vision, and see if we’re a fit

3. Put down your deposit and sign the contract to hold your date

4. Join Andrew in our studio for your Fit Meeting to talk through the wedding journey from start to finish and complete your storytelling vision

5. Schedule your engagement session. Consider it practice before your wedding day so you can know exactly how it feels to be photographed and how you like to look in pictures

6. Order a Vick Photography Guest Book for a personalized and easy art piece to complement your wedding day

7. Tell us the details of your unique day in our signature Photo Planner

8. The BEST DAY EVER - Your wedding day!!!

9. 10 Weeks following your wedding, receive your complete wedding collection in a private online gallery
