Cally and Paul

Wedding Date: April 26th 2026

There are weddings that feel like sunshine, and Cally and Paul’s day at Minikahda Country Club was one of them. I wasn’t behind the camera this time, our incredible team photographer, Tasha, was, but I got to live the day through her lens and her words, and it was everything we hope for when we tell these stories.

From the start, it was a perfect Minnesota summer afternoon. The getting ready suite buzzed with calm excitement as Cally stepped into a stunning blush pink gown by Safiyaa. It was unexpected in the best possible way, elegant, soft, and perfectly her. She looked radiant. Hair by Liv & Reed Salon completed the look, with a classic touch that let the dress shine.

Tasha met them just before their first photos together, and you could feel how excited they were but the second they saw each other they were completely at ease. No nerves. No spectacle. Just quiet joy. Their portraits before the ceremony gave them space to breathe, laugh, be themselves.

The ceremony was intimate and heartfelt. Inside the venue, Arts & Flowers brought the outdoors in with delicate cherry blossoms that framed the space and echoed the soft pink tones of Cally’s dress. A few dozen people gathered, and it felt like exactly the right number. Just enough to fill the room with love, but not so many that the couple ever felt lost in the crowd.

After family photos and a relaxed cocktail hour on the terrace, Cally and Paul slipped away for an evening stroll. The light was golden, the golf course quiet, and the two of them walking hand in hand felt like something from a different era. These are the moments we always hope couples carve out for themselves, and Tasha captured it beautifully.

Dinner was served beneath the glow of soft uplighting and beautifully curated tables by Linen Effects, with planning by the always-wonderful Jenna Culley Events. Everything looked effortless. The florals, the food, the rhythm of the night, it all moved with intention and heart.

When the dance floor opened, Silver Alchemist delivered exactly what the couple hoped for: a full room, every seat empty, everyone on their feet. It was vibrant and fun, a celebration in every sense of the word.

To Cally and Paul, thank you for trusting your beautiful love story with us. Your wedding was beautiful, but more than that, it was full of intention and joy. Exactly the kind of day we’ll remember for a very long time.
