Wedding Date: September 25th 2022

Fall was in the air as I left for Bavaria Downs. The trees along the road were just starting to turn and I secretly hoped that we would get our first touch of fall for Kristen and Travis’ wedding today. My wish certainly came true as I pulled up to the grounds and was greeted by colorful trees and vibrant green grass; the best of both worlds. The sky was big and blue and perfect for an outdoor wedding. When I met Kristen in the bridal suite, her smile filled the room. But her joy was quickly matched by her mother when she saw her little girl in a wedding dress on her wedding morning. Her sweet reaction still gives me goosebumps!

They exchanged heartfelt notes as the guests took their seats outside. The sun shone bright as Kristen walked down the long path toward Travis as Bavaria Downs loomed in the background, looking like a castle in the distance. Every guest wore a smile as they watched these two sweethearts exchange their vows under the blue sky and puffy white clouds with a few colorful trees dotting the horizon. After the ceremony, their loved ones ran toward them to share their congratulations and lots of hugs. Everyone here knew how special they were to the couple and it showed in every relationship and every interaction.

We snuck away for a few quiet moments so they could take it all in together. We went outside and found a few of the first colorful trees of the season and enjoyed them with their wedding party. We made our way back to the reception which exploded into cheers as soon as they walked through the doors. After sharing a few fun dances, we went outside to create some night magic. They had requested some fun evening photos, which are my favorite, so I was happy they were up for a little adventure. They twirled around the beautiful fountain as their guests made their way outside with sparklers. This was the perfect way to end the day.
