Laura and Robert
Wedding Date: August 20th 2021
Laura and Robert seemed to walk straight out of a fairytale. She has a big beautiful heart and is always lifting up and loving those around her. He is loyal to the core and loves deeply. So when their energy combines, it makes for a whirlwind of love and happiness that is usually only found in the pages of an epic love story involving a prince and princess from afar. Today, Laura truly was a princess and even dressed the part. She teared up after seeing herself in her gorgeous ball gown for the first time and then couldn’t stop smiling and twirling in the mirror. Everyone in the room cried tears of joy knowing that this remarkable princess had found her prince charming. The Depot pulled out all the stops for a stunning wedding day that took place in both the Conservatory and Great Northern rooms. Both spaces were breathtakingly beautiful and decorated to perfection. Before moving on to the party, we decided to explore some of the top sites downtown, starting with the Stone Arch Bridge. When we arrived there was already a wedding party in the middle of their photos so everyone patiently waited for their turn. Then to our surprise, the other bridal party formed a tunnel and cheered on Laura and Robert to come through and celebrate with them. Both brides hugged and everyone shared congratulations. What a beautiful moment of solidarity and love between two groups of people who had never met. We rejoined the party already in progress back at The Depot for lively toasts and an epic first dance under beautiful lighting. We just missed a little evening rain shower, so we decided to take advantage of the clear skies and beautiful city lights and went for a quick stroll. The lights reflecting off the newly formed puddles added light and brightness making for a perfect close to this already beautiful day.
