Leah and Scott
Wedding Date: December 11th 2021
Leah and Scott’s day started off in a pretty monumental fashion and set the tone for the rest of the wedding in the best possible way. When I entered the bridal suite I was greeted with excitement from every corner of the room and Leah couldn’t wait to show off her tiaras. Yes, there was not just one, but four tiara’s for the day and she planned to wear every single one. After completing her look, Leah and I started a mini fashion show in the beautiful spaces of the Landmark Center. “Make me look like a princess through that lens, honey!” Leah said with a smile. From that point on I knew this was going to be an amazing and memorable day. We made our way down the grand staircase for a breathtaking first look that still gives me goosebumps just thinking about it. After the tears were wiped away and gifts were exchanged, we took a quick stroll outside, braving the cold December air. After we made our mark on the streets of Saint Paul, we joined the wedding party to continue the celebration. This group of fun loving people marked all the different stages of their life. From friends that go way back, to new relationships, and Scott’s step father even stood up as his best man! Whenever a father is in the wedding party, you know this family is close and they’ve done something very right.
Now the moment that everyone has been waiting for, the ceremony, done up like I’ve never seen the Landmark before. Guests filled the lavishly decorated space that was adorned with jeweled trees, stunning drapery, and the most spectacular lighting that turned everything into a pink palace fit for a princess. And this princess knew how to make an entrance. Everyone’s breath was taken away as she seemed to float down the aisle toward her prince. But the extravagance didn’t stop there. After a quick room change, the space was ready for the reception. After Leah and Scott made their grand entrance, the entire crowd leapt to their feet and cheered at the brilliance of it all. Leah took a bow and the cheers and whistles continued as the crowd took in the beauty. Richfield Flowers imaginative and beautiful floral creations paired with Linen Effects decor, Events by Melody’s creative genius, and the beautiful pink lighting, this was a room filled with magic that seemed to step out of the pages of a fairytale. After thoughtful toasts, a delicious dinner, and a beautiful first dance, the music continued on into the night. As I walked out of the opulent room I knew this was a night all of these guests would never forget either. Thank you, Leah and Scott, for inviting us into your magical dream land and sharing your love story.
