When you meet a couple and they instantly feel like your people, you know you’re in for something special. That was exactly the case with Meghan and Brian who first reached out to me while they were pregnant. Their story has been a whirlwind of love, life changes, and pure joy, and I’m beyond thrilled to have been a part of it.

Booking a wedding while getting ready to start your family is already a monumental step, but what made this couple truly remarkable was how they embraced every moment of their journey. Their wedding day was a culmination of a lot of life changes and a lot of love. They even got to add a flower girl to the mix, though, admittedly, it was the hard way! Despite the challenges, they handled everything with grace and humor. I even had the honor of photographing their newborn session before the wedding, and it was a privilege to continue telling their story from the very beginning. Seeing their family grow and capturing these moments is why I love this job more than I can put into words.

Meghan and Brian are the kind of down-to-earth couple who radiate love and warmth. Their new family is truly amazing, and their wedding day was one they had long awaited with such anticipation and excitement. Camrose Hill was a perfect setting for their special day and Cindy and her team truly knocked it out of the park. The gardens were in full bloom, creating a stunning backdrop for their wedding. Despite the rain that we had to dodge all day, it never dampened their spirits. In fact, the colors on a rainy day have a way of popping, serving as a beautiful reminder that love always wins, no matter the weather.

Family traveled from the east coast to join in the celebration, and it was heartwarming to see grandparents spending time with the little one. With a baby in tow, the day required a lot of planning and several breaks for feeding. But these breaks were planned perfectly and added to the joyous atmosphere of the day. It was never stressful but always filled with love and laughter.

The pair share a deep connection and Brian can communicate everything he feels with just one look. They’re both quiet introverts who found their perfect match in each other. With their old souls and trusting nature, they were always open to my advice and creative storytelling. Working with them was a true pleasure, and I’m excited to see what the future holds for them.

The night ended with a lively dance party, where the dance floor was filled with family and friends celebrating this beautiful union. It was a perfect ending to a day that was nothing short of magical.

Capturing their wedding was more than just taking photos; it was about documenting a love story that continues to unfold. This couple will always hold a special place in my heart, and I’m grateful for the chance to have been a part of their journey.
