Molly and Todd

Wedding Date: April 1st 2023

I’m sure Molly and Todd heard this a lot on their wedding day, but the biggest April Fools joke they could have had was getting over a foot of snow the night before their April 1st wedding. I guess in Minnesota you really do have to plan for all seasons, but I’m not sure if any of us were expecting to be wading through hip-high snowdrifts. The sun did make a welcomed appearance which had the snow melting around us, forming little rivers that were ready to water the spring flowers already starting to show through the snow.

Molly and I both share a love for musical theater, and you can see that in the way she lights up a room when she enters. Unafraid of the spotlight and with inquisitive eyes, she enters each room with what seems like her own lighting crew because she really does seem to glow from the inside out. You’re instantly drawn to her sweet and bubbly personality and Todd is her perfect fit. Kind, loyal, and downright funny, he and his crew had me smiling all day.

The Landmark Center looked amazing as always and was the perfect backdrop for their first look to start the day. The winding staircase and large picture windows framed their sweet smiles and excited glances. Their wedding day was finally here and they were absolutely over the moon! Before the ceremony began, we made our way outside to take in the brisk spring/winter air, dodging melting snow and spring flowers all at the same time. They twirled in the sunlight just outside of the Landmark Center and passersby smiled and cheered for the happy pair.

Once all of the guests had arrived, the hour was upon us and the ceremony music began. The grand hall looked incredible, wrapping us in history and bathing us in soft light from the skylights above. They exchanged meaningful vows and even a few happy tears along with their guests. The sun was starting to dip lower in the sky when the ceremony ended and we were making our way to the reception. The cake was cut, toasts were made, and they took to the dance floor and never left. They waltzed with one another and welcomed their loved ones onto the dance floor to join in the fun. This was one of the best playlists I’ve ever heard at a wedding so you better believe I made my way in for a dance or two as well. Thank you both for such a wonderful day filled with joy and love!
