Victoria and David

Wedding Date: September 23rd 2023

As autumn began to draw near with the crisp cool nights and the shorter days, somehow even the light rain showers felt special and atmospheric. Tasha arrived at the gorgeous Graduate Hotel as the rain fell which made stepping inside even more cozy and inviting. She paid a visit to David where he was excitedly getting ready and chatting with his guys. In another nearby room, Victoria put on her finishing touches with the help of her sister. Her dress was stunning and she looked like she stepped out of a magazine as she gazed out the window at the falling rain. She arranged for a special first look with her parents who stepped into the room moments later. Everyone was overjoyed and blinked away tears as they told her how proud of her they are. As a fellow parent, this pride hits really close to home.

Tasha dreamed up a beautiful and private first look in the hallway of the hotel. It turned out absolutely breathtaking and the lighting was perfect. David wrapped his arms around his bride as she cried tears of joy and smiled as she looked into his eyes. They laughed as they couldn’t take their eyes off one another! They walked around the hotel, taking in some of the unique features like the black and white floor which was a definite favorite. Then the rain subsided for a bit so they took off for the McNamara Center and were able to enjoy the architecture outside. It really is a stunning building and these two fit the part, once again looking as though they stepped out of the pages of a magazine.

They were joined by their wedding party for some fun and laughs before making their way back inside to prepare for the ceremony. Once everyone had taken their seats, Victoria’s sister stood in front of the crowd and sang as everyone walked down the aisle. She has a gorgeous voice and it made this special moment even more memorable. The light from outside quickly dimmed once the ceremony began as the next rain shower rolled in. The peaceful sound of the rain running down the windows added an extra layer of ambiance and made it feel like we were the only ones in the world. Tasha did the work of two people at once, running from the ground floor to the balcony and back again, to get the most beautiful ceremony shots that were absolutely worth it! Then the ceremony was sealed with a kiss and the happy pair walked down the aisle where their reception was ready to begin.

Toast after beautiful toast, the crowd laughed and wiped away tears as their loved ones honored this special pair. They raised their teacups in celebration and then made their way to the dancefloor. They twirled as their guests looked on in admiration. They ended with a romantic and dramatic dip and kiss to the sound of applause. After a sweet round of parent dances, Tasha snuck them out for a quick visit to the library and memorabilia where they found a fitting title for the day, “Golden Memories.” What a perfect way to sum up an absolutely perfect day.
