When choosing your wedding photography, you get one opportunity to do it right. In the sea of options, we don’t just take beautiful photos, we craft a style that’s unmistakably yours. It’s that dedication that’s earned us Best Photographer in Minnesota, year after year.

While trends come and go, your photos shouldn’t. We specialize in the little moment edited in honest color, captured with intentional detail, and a custom style that feels like you. That’s why we’ve created a unique editing process, led by our in-house creative team, that gives you the freedom to choose your unique style. Each image is carefully hand-edited, thoughtfully refined, and tailored to reflect your vision.

Because your story is one of a kind, and your photos should be, too.

choose your signature style

Most studios offer one look. We don’t. We always begin with our signature Vick Honest Color because once it’s gone, you can’t get it back. It’s the foundation of your day: your florals, your skin tones, the color pallet. You spent years perfecting your vision so preserving that true color is everything.

So where do you start? Scroll through your social feed. Notice what you save, what catches your eye, what you imagine posting. Those little moments are clues to your style. We’ll take that inspiration and turn it into a custom editing profile that reflects your vibe, your voice, and your vision.

Whether you’re drawn to one of our signature styles or want something all your own, we’ll make it yours. Once selected, we’ll set up your profile so every image is refined with intention. Keep your gallery cohesive or highlight key moments in a different tone—either way, your final gallery will feel beautifully you.

Crafted With Care

Our creative team is behind every image, bringing not just technical skill but true artistry to each frame.

Custom editing means we can go beyond color and light to refine the details that matter most like opening closed eyes, smoothing a dress train, removing distractions, or even adding a veil that didn’t catch the wind quite right. Whether it’s enhancing a quiet moment or adjusting something small that makes a big difference, we treat every photo like a work of art.

If you can dream it, there’s a good chance we can create it. Let’s make magic happen.

what we did

In a family group photo, one person needed to be removed from the final image. The light had also shifted just as the photo was taken, casting the whole group in unexpected shadow. Our team adjusted the exposure to bring back brightness and clarity, and carefully edited the person out, seamlessly, without a trace.

why it matters

For this family, the photo needed to reflect the people and energy they wanted to remember. What could have been a forgotten image became one they now cherish and a portrait that feels true, beautifully lit, and emotionally right.

what we did

After the wedding, a bride reached out heartbroken that she had forgotten to wear her vintage veil during portraits. It was a family heirloom and it meant the world to her. Our editing team carefully added the veil into her images, blending it seamlessly so it looked like it had been there all along.

why it matters

That veil wasn’t just fabric, it was history, memory, and connection. When she saw the final images, she was overjoyed. For us, it’s not just about photos, it’s about restoring moments that matter.

what we did

It was the moment: two dads walking their daughter down the aisle. But the sun had dipped behind the clouds, and her dress had folded in on itself. In post-production, our team carefully brightened the light, smoothed the gown, and restored the feeling of that walk. The final image looked exactly as good as it felt.

why it matters

That one moment meant everything to her and her family. Now, when they look at the photo, they don’t see distractions. That’s the power of thoughtful editing, preserving not just how things looked, but how they felt.

What we did

One of our brides shared that her grandmother had Alzheimer’s and wished more than anything to see her whole family together. Three loved ones weren’t able to attend the wedding, so our team carefully added them into a family portrait—seamlessly, lovingly. We created a large custom print so her grandmother could keep it by her side and see it every day.

why it matters

With that one image, her grandmother began remembering their names again. That photo became more than a portrait—it became a connection to the people she loves most. This is what custom editing means to us. It's not just about how a photo looks. It’s about how it makes you feel, what it helps you hold onto, and the memories it keeps alive.

what we did

During a family portrait session, the couple wasn’t able to bring their two beloved dogs. After the shoot, they sent us a favorite photo of their pups, and our team carefully added them into the final image, placing them right where they belonged, alongside their people.

why it matters

To them, it wasn’t complete without their dogs. That portrait now hangs in their home as a daily reminder of the love they share, furry family members included. It’s not just a photo, it’s a reflection of who they are and the life they’ve built together.
