Jane and Anton

Wedding Date: November 14th 2025

I met Jane and Anton in their individual suites at St. Paul College Club, and within the first five minutes I could tell this day was going to be filled with love and warmth. The bridal suite in particular had this energy to it, love just radiating off every corner of the room. Jane and Anton recently welcomed a daughter, and you could feel that new-parent glow woven into everything, even the pre-ceremony preparation.

At one point Jane and a friend found this incredible vintage bathroom tucked away in the building, complete with a pink tub, and decided to turn it into an impromptu photo shoot. Full vogue energy, dramatic poses, the whole thing, and it ended in absolute hysterics. I loved every second of it. Genuinely one of my favorite unplanned moments I've caught in a while.

Their first look happened right at the end of the aisle, just before the ceremony, and it was somehow both sweet and hilarious at the same time. Lots of laughter, the kind that catches in your throat a little. From there we met up with the wedding party, who brought pure warmth every time I pointed a lens their way. Fun group, easy energy, and their daughter was very much the center of it all, passed from arm to arm, stealing scenes in every group shot.

The lead-up to the ceremony gave us gorgeous golden hour light, and then the ceremony itself took place outside right at twilight, blue hour settling in around everyone. Lights lined the aisle and the whole space had this warm, glowing quality I couldn't have planned better if I tried. Honestly, as a photographer, that kind of light is a gift. Their vow exchange was sweet and understated, and cocktail hour followed right after, outside, with the stars just starting to show up overhead.

Back inside for the reception, the first dance turned into one of those moments you don't forget. Their daughter joined them for it and fell asleep right there in their arms mid-dance. I couldn't have asked for a better shot if I'd staged it myself. The father-daughter dances followed, one with Jane and her dad, one with Anton and their daughter.

Before the night wrapped, we stepped back outside for one more stroll, and Jane and Anton danced together under a full sky of stars. Simple, unhurried, and honestly the perfect way to close out the day.
