Kari and Cole Engagement

When you find your people, you just know. That’s exactly how I felt when I met Kari and Cole at the Grand View Lodge open house. We started talking about their wedding plans, which turned into talking about life, which is a pretty great sign. They’re Grand View super fans (hence the excellent sweatshirts in their engagement photos!) and being one of my favorite places up North, we got to connect over a shared love for this beautiful place. They have a taste for adventure and wanted to show off that side of themselves for their wedding. Grand View was the perfect fit and I can’t wait to join them in May! For their engagement session, they wanted to do something a bit closer to home but still show their adventurous spirit. We explored some of my favorite spots and made sure to include plenty of nature. Just as night was approaching, the clouds rumbled overhead and the skies opened up. Instead of running for cover, they started laughing and held one another close in the pouring rain. Like I said, they are definitely my people.
