Wedding Date: September 18th 2021

This was a pairing written in the stars from the very start. Karissa and Luke danced under the starry sky and the moon, almost at its fullest, hung low waiting around to give its approval to the newlyweds. Our incredible team photographer, Tasha, joined Karissa and Luke at their family home for an unforgettable day. Karissa had dreamed of this moment since she was a little girl and always knew it would take place in her parents backyard. Every detail was thoughtfully planned and each person welcomed with the greatest intentionality and love. Their thoughtful theme could be seen throughout their day and even in Karissa’s attire! She wore tarot cards around her neck in the shape of a beautiful gold necklace, her veil and hairpiece sparkled with stars, and all of the colors from the dresses to the flowers to the suits were perfectly paired. The couple met for their first look as loved ones watched from the balcony above. They explored the hand cut paths her father had created around the property which took them through forest and field. They’re so sweet together, you can see the depth of love between them in every moment. Friends and family flooded in from near and far and were met with open arms and joy as they exchanged their vows. Immediately following the ceremony, the pair had a tarot card reading to start off their life as newlyweds. Then, they ventured out through the paths once more to meet the moon just after sunset before welcoming the stars for their first dance surrounded by all their favorite people.
