Wedding Date: July 2nd 2022

Stephanie and Blake are gorgeous both inside and out, yet somehow when they’re together, their love makes them even more incredible. Their wedding celebration began at the stylish Walker Art Center for their rehearsal dinner which turned into more of a fashion show while we explored the grounds hunting for the best light. Their serious model faces only held up for so long before they were laughing so hard they could barely stand. The excitement of the coming wedding day had them floating on a cloud and you could see it in every sideways glance they gave one another, they were completely head over heels in love.

The big day was finally here and our incredible team photographer, Tasha, joined the pair at the lovely Lafayette Club. Stephanie was just putting on the finishing touches of her look which were topped off with a stunning cathedral length veil that made everyone stop to catch their breath. She carefully opened the door to the room where her bridesmaids were waiting and was met with gasps, screams, and definitely some tears of joy. This entire group was filled with love and made everyone feel so included and special. Now was the moment they had been waiting for. Stephanie took a deep breath and with some assistance, arranged her veil perfectly as she walked under the archway to meet Blake. His eyes were squeezed shut and filled with tears the second he turned to see her. I think a few of the onlookers were teary-eyed as well! They laughed and held each other, unable to take their eyes off of each other.

Happily the rainy morning gave way to a beautiful sunny sky just in time for their outdoor ceremony overlooking the lake. Guests oohed and awed as Stephanie walked down the aisle and Blake squeezed his eyes shut once more in the sweetest way. But the serious mood passed quickly as they soon had the whole crowd laughing and smiling as they marveled at this unforgettable moment. Then, just like that, they were pronounced husband and wife and danced their way down the aisle!

The sun was just starting to set as Tasha, Stephanie, and Blake explored the lakeshore and watched the sky fill with celebratory colors. Back at the Lafayette Club, the ballroom was set and ready thanks to the Jenna Culley’s amazing team. The couple burst into the ballroom to cheers as Blake scooped Stephanie up in his arms and spun her around while the crowd's cheers got louder. They motioned for everyone to join them and the dance floor was flooded with happy guests all dancing in celebration. There was an incredible amount of energy and the dance moves were excellent. Ending with this dance party seemed perfectly fitting to fill this space with love and happiness since that’s exactly what Stephanie and Blake do wherever they go.
