Valentines Mini 2022

It’s no secret that we’re in the business of love. We spend nearly every weekend photographing couples exchanging their promises of forever and we wouldn’t have it any other way. This year, in the season of love, we wanted to spread some of that joy that we get to feel each and every weekend by creating a brand new Valentine’s Mini Session. This was our way to bring love, light, and joy into the world when everyone needed it most. We teamed up with our dear friends at The Hutton House, for the perfect cozy location. They rolled out the red carpet for me and all of our excited mini session attendees with a heartfelt welcome, a roaring fire, and a warm room filled with twinkling lights perfect for the season. 

Just as our first guests arrived, the Minnesota winter didn’t disappoint and ended up filling the air with perfect fluffy snowflakes! The family played and danced around in the fresh snow before we all retreated back inside to warm up by the fire. Happily, their close friends had purposefully booked the session time right after so their kids could all play together. Let me tell you, a room full of giggling girls striking their best pose is the perfect recipe for smiles. Laughter filled the cozy fireside room at The Hutton House as we welcomed couples expecting their first child, multigenerational families, and couples celebrating together. The cozy cafe lights twinkled off the freshly fallen snow as happy couples twirled underneath and it made for a pretty magical scene.
